The former Prince Andrew’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein has been long since revealed: the disgraced royal is featured in hundreds of photos with the late criminal and has been seen with him on various occasions. Despite insisting that he cut off Epstein in 2010, newly released photos and emails show that Andrew had continued his relationship with him for years after that, and his daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, are reportedly feeling “duped.” Keep reading for more information.

Princess Eugenie & Princess Beatrice Feel 'Duped' By Their Father

It would be difficult for any young woman to deal with the truth that their father had a close relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, but Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, who are always in the public eye, have it even harder. In recent weeks, photos and emails that were part of the "Epstein Files" have been released, each more damning than the next.

Andrew had claimed that he cut off all contact with Jeffrey Epstein in 2010. Now, newly released documents are showing that their relationship extended well past then. A 2011 email is particularly damaging, for it contains the infamous photo of Andrew with his arm around Virginia Giuffre with the words, "It would seem we are in this together."

These revelations make it even more difficult for the women in Andrew's life to have a normal relationship with him. Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice reportedly feel "duped," according to royal author Robert Jobson. "They are pretty torn because they believed [their father," he wrote. "Just like the late Queen and Charles, Andrew told them all the same story—that he had done nothing wrong. My understanding is they feel pretty duped by the whole thing."

"I do think they believed their father," he said again in his book, Windsor Legacy. "And now it has all backfired. I know that Eugenie, especially, has found it very difficult." However, Jobson doesn't think Eugenie and Beatrice will ever fully cut ties from their father. The family of four was spotted together in December for the christening of Beatrice's daughter, however Sarah Ferguson and Andrew did not join the sisters for a celebratory trip to a local pub.
