We already know that the late Queen Elizabeth II didn’t stand for Meghan Markle being rude to palace staff – and it seems like Prince William was also “horrified” by her alleged behavior too.

Prince William Was Reportedly 'Horrified' By The Meghan Markle Bullying Allegations
Lacey wrote that the Prince of Wales was both "astonished" and "horrified" when he first learned of the allegations from royal aide Jason Knauf, as his grandmother had always taught him to treat staff "like family."
"A tradition within the royal family had been broken," Lacey reflected. According to the book, Prince William "went ballistic when he heard the 'dossier of distress' that Knauf had gathered" using information from staffers, and immediately reached out to Prince Harry to confront him about the allegations.

"The moment the Prince heard the bullying allegations, he got straight on the phone to talk to Harry – and when Harry flared up in furious defense of his wife, the elder brother persisted," Lacey recalled.
"Harry shut off his phone angrily," Lacey continued, after which "William went straight round to find his brother on the Kensington campus."

Meghan Markle Reportedly Created A 'Toxic Work Environment'
Lacey explained that the Duchess of Sussex was accused of creating a "really toxic environment," with an insider confessing: "Meghan would begin firing off emails as early as 5 am, leaving staff with a 'barrage' of messages in their inboxes."
Staff reportedly described an atmosphere of constant stress and anxiety, with some employees physically shaking before meetings with her. According to Lacey, Meghan not only raised her voice, but also "humiliated staff in meetings."
A palace courtier is quoted in the book saying: "Meghan governed by fear. So many people said it. Nothing was ever good enough for her."
