According to Noa Shaw, fitness pro and Soul Cycle instructor, the best workout for weight loss involves using your own body weight to exercise.

He explains, "I'm a big believer in using your own body weight for working out. It has two benefits. Primarily, lifting weights increases your heart rate and burns fat. which is a great way to put yourself into a caloric deficit and lose weight."
