Mindy Kaling may have gotten a lot of attention last year for being involved in that “you know I’m Sussex now” conversation with Meghan Markle on With Love, Meghan – but now she’s making headlines for a much sweeter reason!
The Mindy Project actress, 46, has got fans talking after treating them to some rare, “adorable” pictures of her youngest child, Anne, on her second birthday.

The Office alum is also mom to daughter Katherine, 8, and son Spencer, 5. For Anne's second birthday on February 24th, Kaling captioned her carousel of pictures: "I can barely take how much I love my Annie girl. She is the top of the Christmas tree, a surprise bite of cookie dough, the baby of the family who made us complete."
"She loves to sing, wake up with very specific outfit plans, and kisses the pages of her books," the Never Have I Ever co-creator's caption continued.
"She truly believes Elmo is a member of our family. Happy 2nd birthday to our Tiny Jones as @souljagirlllll calls her, little Ponyo, literally the best ever. I love you, Anne Kaling!"
All the pictures were shared in a way that either captured Anne from behind or kept her and her siblings' faces mostly hidden to protect their privacy.
One snap showed little Anne in adorable pajamas, pointing at an Elmo balloon which was placed among her birthday presents. Another picture featured her playing with her brother and sister with Sesame Street toys. (We spy a theme here!)
Other images showed her rocking a chic monochrome outfit with white shorts, a black and white floral top, and an oversized cream-colored coat, while another showed her standing in her bedroom wearing joggers with 'baby' written on the back paired with a pastel-colored top. There were also sweet scenes from a pumpkin patch, a farm with animals, jumping in puddles, and more.
