Melissa McCarthy has been wowing fans with her slimmed-down appearance over the past few years. And the Bridesmaids alum flaunted her super-impressive 95-lb weight loss once again, this time during a hilarious interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
The mom-of-two, 55, looked incredible for her appearance on the show on February 19th, wearing a chic black blazer-inspired dress with lace-trimmed detailing.

Melissa McCarthy Flaunts Her 95-Lb Weight Loss During Hilarious Interview On 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert'
The Hildy the Barback and the Lake of Fire podcast host accessorized with dazzling drop earrings, which could be seen through her hair that was styled in a wavy half up, half down do. For makeup, she went for copper-colored eyeshadow, black eyeliner, bronze cheeks, and a peachy-hued lip.
During the interview, the Little Mermaid actress had the audience howling with laughter with a series of hilarious anecdotes. At one point in the interview, she recalled accidentally fracturing her finger while mocking her dad for injuring his own.
"He's always gotta go 100 miles an hour!" she joked, recalling how she slammed her hand into a table while acting out the story before realizing: "I think I really hurt it… I think I broke it."

She also shared an unforgettable story about recording a duet with Barbra Streisand, admitting she initially thought the legendary singer's invitation to do so was a prank, and even assumed she had the wrong Melissa. "I said no at first. Because I really was like, 'Who is this? Who is this really?'"
Despite her nerves, the Tammy star made it clear she loved the experience, saying: "I absolutely loved having her direct me and produce me."
Melissa joked about the surreal nature of it, adding: "I don't think I'm delusional enough to think I'll do my own albums or musical career, but I'm very willing to just come out here and hang out with Barbra."
How Did Melissa McCarthy Lose Weight?
The Mike and Molly actress hasn't explicitly shared how she slimmed down, although she has been open about wanting to transform her health and work on getting stronger and leaner over the years.
In a 2018 interview on The Breakfast Club, she revealed that letting go of harsh standards and stress made the biggest difference during her weight loss journey.
The Identity Thief star said at the time: "I think everybody's always kind of working on something. And I was like, 'If I can de-stress and just do it slower and stop constantly trying to be on something,' and then it actually worked better instead of being like, 'I'm gonna not do this and do this and only drink this.'"
