Melania Trump Showcases Her Chic Style in Melania Documentary
Fans of her style will especially enjoy the deep dive into her wardrobe, showcasing both the outfits she proudly flaunted in public and the looks kept private behind the camera.
The trailer for Melania emphasizes several high-fashion moments while revealing the meticulous craftsmanship behind her signature style. It opens with the mother of one wearing a structured navy-and-white ensemble by Adam Lippes, paired with her iconic wide-brimmed hat that had the internet divided.
A highlight of the trailer centers on the creation of her 2025 inaugural ball gown. It features longtime stylist Hervé Pierre sketching the strapless white silk crepe dress, giving viewers a glimpse into the detailed artistry behind the look.
The montage also offers plenty of close-ups of her signature accessories—from oversized sunglasses and tailored coats to leather stiletto boots as she steps out of a vehicle and classic pumps as she ascends the stairs to her plane—underscoring the deliberate attention to detail that defines her public image.

Ivanka Trump Barred From Melania Trump's Documentary Premiere
The documentary primarily focuses on Melania and Donald Trump, with brief glimpses of Barron Trump, Jared Kushner (Ivanka Trump’s husband), and various White House staff. Notably absent is Ivanka Trump, fueling reports of tension between the two women.
According to Rob Shuter on Substack, insiders say Melania barred Ivanka from attending the January 29 premiere of her Amazon-backed documentary at the Kennedy Center. “Melania wants this night all to herself,” a source said. “When the spotlight’s this dim, no one’s sharing it.”
“It’s Melania, front and center, no interruptions,” another insider revealed. “She’s drawing a line. Ivanka knows her place.”
As for Ivanka's reaction? She has reportedly told her friends, “Of course it hurts, but I’m not surprised.”
The report also noted that the event will be high-profile, attracting Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez, who also attended the inauguration in January 2025.
The first daughter made it clear early on that she would not join her father's second term in any way. She emphasized on The Skinny Confidential: Him & Her podcast back in January 2025, “I love policy and impact; I hate politics. Unfortunately, the two are not separable. There’s a darkness in that world that I don’t really want to welcome into mine.”
The mother of three went on to reflect on what it was like having her father in power during her time serving as a White House advisor. "It's the world's loneliest position, the enormity of the decisions you're making on a daily basis, how transactional everyone is with you. So it's a very lonely perch."
