Melania Trump Wears A Long Pink Jumpsuit For The Congressional Picnic
Summertime is right around the corner, and that means that politicians, royals, and more notable figures are getting ready to celebrate some classic spring and summer-themed events.
Earlier this week, the White House hosted its annual Congressional Picnic, which is held for members of the House and Senate, the Cabinet, and their loved ones. Everyone spends time on the South Lawn, and most guests show up dressed to the nines in suits, as well as colors and prints associated with the spring and summer. All eyes were on Melania, who has been switching things up when it comes to First Lady fashion, and she wore a jumpsuit unlike anything she's worn at the White House before.
The former model stepped out in a bright pink, floor-length jumpsuit with a green floral pattern towards the bottom of the pants. It had long sleeves that she wore rolled up, and it came with an oversized belt to cinch her waist. Her blonde, highlighted hair was worn down in loose waves, and she had some glamorous makeup on.

Online, after high-quality pictures and videos from the Congressional Picnic were shared on various social media platforms, it didn't take long for users to quickly start commenting on Melania's outfit.
Although she typically gets a lot of good feedback on her outfits, this time around, people were not a fan of the colorful jumpsuit, thinking she could've done better for the festive occasion. Some users compared the look to pajamas, others called it downright "ugly," and more, creating a switch-up from her usual praise.
"What the [heck] is she wearing?" asked a user on Instagram, with another asking, "What on Earth is she wearing?!"
"What in God's name is she wearing?" echoed a user. "Looks like tablecloths."
"She is purposely wearing that ugly outfit to show she didn't care," speculated another.
"Certainly looks like pajamas," added a user.
