People reports on the surfaced docs, a part of Meghan and Prince Harry's lawsuit against a British media company.

The papers reveal that the Duchess of Sussex was mad over feelings that palace insiders prevented her from shooting down untrue media reports. Yikes--this is getting messy!

"People actively prevented her from responding to stuff that we knew to be untrue," a source told the magazine. The court docs revealed that the Duchess of Sussex felt that the policy made her "unable to defend herself against media intrusion."

 

"The go-to position was no comment or to ignore stories, and people actively prevented her from responding to stuff that we knew to be untrue," the source continued. "That is what she is taking issue with."

The docs, which were filed by Meghan's legal team, claim that the false reports caused "tremendous emotional distress and damage to her mental health," leaving her feeling "unprotected by the institution and prohibited from defending herself." If you recall, Meghan was pregnant with Archie at the time. This is terrible!
