Meghan Markle's Four-Car Security For New York City Night Out
On Thursday, April 10th, the former Suits actress reportedly enjoyed a night out in the Big Apple, including having dinner with friends at Ralph Lauren's Polo Bar, and watching Gypsy at the Majestic Theatre.
And although it's not uncommon for her and Prince Harry to have security when they leave home, this particular occasion reportedly consisted of four different cars to detail her as she traveled to the different locations.
According to Ok!, the four-car motorcade included three SUVs and an unmarked police vehicle reportedly belonging to the New York City Police Department, which apparently even had two intel detectives inside of it.
Three of the four cars that followed her throughout the night were reportedly empty and simply decoys to increase safety measures. Meghan and Prince Harry also used a four-car motorcade the following week, as they attended Meghan's appearance at a TIME 100 summit in New York.
Internet Reactions To Meghan Markle's Security: 'Who Does She Think She Is?'
"Is she really that important? She obviously thinks so," commented one person on an Ok! Instagram post. "Who does she think she is? It's all in her head!" exclaimed a second, as a third quipped: "Haha what threats? Everyone is so disinterested in her [expletive] they won't even try to kidnap her!"
"Who paid?" asked a fourth curious IG user, as a fifth echoed: "Who pays for all that security? It's just her way to look way more important than she is! No one cares about her! I find her obnoxious and desperately seeking attention all the time! I hope Harry divorces her and gets back with his brother and family!"
"She really thinks she is royalty! We all know her as a D grade actress, grifter and yacht girl from the gutter," slammed a sixth person, as a seventh said: "Meghan is a self-absorbed diva." "So embarrassing," wrote an eighth, while a ninth called her "delulu."
