Megan Fox and her glam team recently shared an Instagram Reel showcasing her latest beauty transformation, but fans said they could barely recognize the actress in the finished look.
On August 25, the actress revisited her cult 2009 horror film Jennifer’s Body, reciting lines from the movie alongside her stylists. In the opening clip, Fox appeared in a robe with her jet-black hair wet and undone, although her makeup was already complete.
The video then transitioned to Fox’s finished look as she continued lip-syncing the iconic lines. The mom of four wore a low-cut, lace-up corset top and styled her long hair dry and sleek. Her glam featured dramatic cat-eye makeup, a matte complexion and a defined lip, giving her a striking, sultry appearance.

Megan Fox Fans React To Her Unrecognizable Look
While the transformation was clearly meant to highlight her hair, makeup and styling, many fans instead focused on Fox’s appearance, taking to her hairstylist’s comments section to share their reactions.
“She ruined her face,” one person wrote.
“The fact I thought it was a random model and not Megan. Why change your face so much just to look like everyone else?” another commented.
“Megan Fox does not look like Megan Fox,” someone else wrote.
“I’m not putting her down, but before I realized it was actually Megan, I thought it was some model trying to resemble her,” another person said.
“I don’t know why she ever thought she needed to change her face. She was always naturally gorgeous,” a fan added.
“She is still gorgeous and I get she is aging, but her face looks off? Like it’s inflamed or something,” another wrote.

Megan Breaks Down Her Cosmetic Surgeries
In 2024, during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan Fox opened up about some of the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, including breast augmentation.
Fox revealed that she first got breast implants when she was around 21 or 22 and has had the procedure three times in total. She explained that she had her implants replaced after breastfeeding her children, saying, “I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids because I don't know where they went, but they went.”
She later had another replacement because she did not have enough body fat to conceal the implants, which caused visible rippling. Fox has also acknowledged using injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers.
However, she said the only other major cosmetic surgery she has undergone was a rhinoplasty.
“I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,” she said, adding that people often assume she has had multiple nose jobs.
“I haven't had a rhinoplasty since I was, I'm going to say, 23. It's been well over a decade. I've not touched my nose since then,” Fox said.
