Health-conscious Chick-fil-A lovers rejoice! If you’ve been craving a sweet summer treat that won’t blow your calorie budget, listen up. TikTok creator Samantha Milton, who says she has lost more than 250 pounds through a calorie deficit, recently shared her low-calorie version of a strawberry frosted lemonade from Chick-fil-A—and viewers are obsessed.
According to Milton, ordering the frozen drink directly through the app would cost around 450 calories. But with a few simple swaps, she says you can make your own version for just 125 calories.
@smallersam_pcos ‘Strawberry Frosted Lemonade’ from CFA (but it’s only 125 cals) THE PERFECT SUMMER TREAT!! Sorry for the little rant, I’m just tired of being ridiculed for being honest. 125-Calorie Chick-fil-A Strawberry Frosted Lemonade
In a recent TikTok video, Milton explains exactly what to order: a medium diet lemonade with no ice, a separate cup of ice, and an Ice Dream cup with added strawberries.
She then pours about half of the Ice Dream mixture into the lemonade, mixes it together, and creates a creamy strawberry lemonade drink that she calls “frickin’ delicious.” We believe it!
“This is amazing,” she says in the clip. “You need to go out and get it right now. 125 calories.”
The hack also stretches into two servings, since she notes there’s still enough lemonade and ice cream left over to make another drink later. Score!
Milton also used the video to speak candidly about her approach to weight loss and dieting culture.
“Let’s bring back minding your business,” she says. “Not caring what someone does with their own body, especially because it doesn’t matter at all.”
She also pushed back against extreme dieting trends, adding, “Let’s stop pretending keto or low carb or the carnivore diet are healthier than eating everything in moderation.”
According to Milton, she lost the majority of her weight through maintaining a calorie deficit. She shared that the final 60 pounds came off after adding a GLP-1 medication to her routine.

The Bottom Line
Dieting while enjoying your favorite foods can be difficult. Luckily, there are healthy desserts out there! Finding ways to recreate favorite treats with fewer calories is a great way to go. Instead of fully cutting out desserts or fast food, hacks like this one are ideal for prioritizing portion control and lighter ingredients.
And with summer temperatures rising, a cold strawberry lemonade that tastes indulgent while staying relatively low in calories is exactly the kind of recipe we can get behind!
