The Kylie Cosmetics founder makes a living off showing off her extravagant lifestyle, but it looks like, in the middle of award season, fashion weeks, and more, she's making time for more nature-based activities.
Although she's raised animals for quite some time, she doesn't always post about them, and more recently, Kylie shared a snap of her chicken coop and eggs on her Instagram story. The photo showed off a variety of brown and white eggs with the caption, "Love my life."
Additionally, the mom-of-two also added an up-close picture of a growing green plant, and its vines, writing, "Can't wait for my blueberries."
It seems that the reality star is enjoying a more domestic, farm-like lifestyle, taking time to slow down and enjoy nature.
Social Media Users Slam Kylie's Instagram Stories
Some of the 28-year-olds ' loyal fans loved her stories and enjoyed getting a glimpse into her current hobbies. However, they didn't quite sit right with many other internet users who felt that they might be a sign the mom-of-two is trying to distract from her reputation as a "climate criminal."
Over the years, like many other members of her family, Kylie has received a lot of backlash for her use of private planes to travel, on top of traveling in expensive cars and other notoriously polluting modes of transportation. For instance, a jet-tracking X account discovered that she had taken a private plane for a 17-minute ride that would've taken 45 minutes by car.
On social media platforms like Reddit, users slammed her farm-like Instagram stories, bringing up her more luxurious habits.
"Is this her trying to look like trad wifey material?" asked a user.
"Kylie 'romanticizes' everything because she doesn't have to lift a finger," accused another. "Her posting this is straight up performative."
"Keep pretending you love nature while polluting our atmosphere with your jet," slammed a user.
We'll be curious to see if the beauty mogul decides to share any more content from her little at-home farm in the next year, but if she does, it seems that she'll be met with more criticism.
