The news has led social media users to slam Kimberly as a “grifter,” amongst other things. Read more about the situation below.

Kimberly Guilfoyle Is Reportedly Building A $58K Basketball Court At Her Athens Home
The former First Lady of San Francisco is in action as today's United States Ambassador to Greece, and from the start, she's been doing things a bit differently. From her unique sense of style to her unwavering support for the president and his policies, she's been one of a kind so far.
It's also slowly been uncovered that Kimberly likes to live a lavish lifestyle whenever she is abroad working in Greece, attending parties, and now, upgrading her official residence. A report from The Daily Mail and The Daily Beast, which included information from leaked documents, came out that the 57-year-old is in the process of spending $58,000 to add a basketball court to Jefferson House, the official U.S. ambassador residence located in Athens' Kolonaki district.
The basketball court is reportedly half-sized and will be built alongside the house's gardens and pool. Reports are saying that she's also hiring a personal photographer on an as-needed basis, offering up $29,000.

Fans Slam Kimberly For Using Taxpayer Money For Her Basketball Court
Once news broke about the California native upgrading her government-owned home, people immediately began slamming her on social media.
The leaked documents about Kimberly's home improvement projects, photographer, and lavish basketball court essentially highlighted that not only the Jefferson House residence, but all of her extra amenities, are being paid for by the government via taxpayer money. As soon as word was out, people took to various platforms to call her out and accuse her of being a "grifter."
"Once a grifter, always a grifter," wrote a user on X. "She learned it from the best!"
"These people sure know how to waste taxpayer money while crying about it out of the other side of their faces," responded another.
"So, she wants to spend more than many Americans make in a year on a basketball court," wrote a heated user. "This is how out-of-touch most of Trump's appointees are with regard to excess spending on their unique and often luxurious needs."
"They're all corrupt grifting scammers," commented another. "I cannot believe Newsome was married to her."
