The conversation began when a listener wrote in, sharing that they were dealing with binge eating after feeling “rejected” from a string of bad dates and experiencing anxiety about their appearance.

The reality star responded by reflecting on her own past, revealing how deeply emotional eating once affected her. “When I was younger, I used to binge eat. I went to therapy about it. For any emotional thing, I turned to food and there was just no stopping me. I would eat, eat, eat, literally get sick and then feel disgusted with myself for how much I ate,” she shared.

She also explained how a major life event shifted her mindset. “My divorce was really the catalyst for why I became obsessed—in a healthy way—with working out,” Khloé said. “I realized during my marriage that I ate so much and I would eat my feelings, and I didn’t like how that made me feel.”

Offering realistic but encouraging advice, she added, “I would say the first six months to a year, it’s just uncomfortable because you still feel insecure. You’re working so hard in the gym, and you’re not really seeing a big shift on the scale—but you’ve got to keep going.”
