This year, on Christmas Eve, the Kardashians star shared a collection of photos of herself dressed to the nines in honor of the holidays on Instagram. The Kardashian family is known for going all out every holiday season, and this year was no exception.
In her post, which contained 16 photos, she started with a close-up portrait of herself that was seemingly taken on a film camera, before diving into several pictures of herself in front of a Christmas tree and posing in other areas of her home. Her short hair was styled in a Hollywood glamour-esque bob, and she wore an elegant strapless white gown with extravagant diamond jewelry and a sparkly Santa Claus purse.
Although numerous Kardashian-Jenner fans filled the Instagram comments section with words of praise, others had other critiques on their minds.
Internet Users Slam Khloé Kardashian For Using Filtered Photos
After her holiday' photo dump' was shared on Instagram and reposted onto other platforms, many internet users began to criticize the mom of two, feeling that she had used too many filters or edited her photos too intensely.
A few months ago, Khloé went viral for answering a question on her popular podcast, Khloé In Wonderland, about how she seemingly uses Photoshop and filters on all of her photos. She acknowledged her use of editing and filters in the past, but claimed that she had stopped "heavily" editing most of her social media posts. After seeing this Christmas Eve post, internet users remain skeptical that she ever ceased her intense edits.
"Is how they look in Instagram photos the only thing they care about or get fulfillment from?" asked a Reddit user, referencing the Kardashian family. "That is such a depressing existence."
"This seems exhausting," wrote another, as one user added that the Khloud founder "looks ridiculous."
"Her life is spent trying to catfish the world into believing that her filtered [face] is her," commented a user.
