Although she may not be totally forthcoming about just how much Tristan Thompson is in her life right now, Khloé Kardashian has never been shy about discussing the highs and very public lows of their relationship.
The 41-year-old Kardashians star shares seven-year-old daughter True (born April 12th, 2018) and three-year-old son Tatum (born July 28th, 2022) with the 34-year-old basketball player, with whom she has had an on/off relationship between 2016 and 2021.

Khloé Kardashian's Candid Confession On 'Khloé In Wonder Land'
If you recall, Khloé ended her relationship with Tristan after he cheated on her with personal trainer Maralee Nichols on his 30th birthday back in 2021. Nichols later gave birth to their son, Theo, in December of that year, while he and Khloé were engaged. The news broke while Khloé and Tristan were expecting their second child, Tatum, via surrogate.
Tristan's first cheating scandal erupted in April 2018 when Khloé was heavily pregnant. He was later involved in another headline-grabbing scandal in February 2019 with Jordyn Woods, a close friend of the family at the time.

Khloé Kardashian Recalls 'Mortifying' Moment
Tristan has reportedly tried to win Khloé back several times over the years following his multiple cheating scandals. And Khloé recalled one of those attempts that definitely didn't go according to plan...
Khloé spoke about one time when Tristan had arranged for eight-time Grammy nominee Giveon to serenade her. "This was years ago. Tatum wasn't born. Yeah, it was just True," she said, noting she was still furious with Tristan at the time.
While Giveon delivered an emotional performance, Khloé admitted that she was anything but moved. "I remember I hated Tristan and I was like, 'Why are you doing this?' And Giveon is pouring his heart out. And Tristan's trying to sit next to me and I'm like, slapping him, and poor Giveon is still singing." She added bluntly: "It was mortifying."
According to Khloé, the tension became so unbearable during the performance that she briefly left to find their daughter True just to break up the awkwardness and diffuse some of the tension. Good thinking!
I was like, 'God, this guy is such a great singer. I love this guy.' And I remember going inside to get True," she confessed before admitting, "I was so annoyed with Tristan."
These days, Khloé has made it clear her focus is on co-parenting their two children, with Tristan even temporarily living with her in 2023 while dealing with the sudden death of his mother.
Khloé has reportedly also been helping care for his younger brother, Amari, who has epilepsy, which she has previously said was about being supportive to the father of her kids and providing stability for their children, rather than rekindling their romance.
