Kelly Ripa, being an iconic morning show host, has one of the most recognizable faces in the country, and now she’s warning younger viewers not to alter theirs.
The Live With Kelly and Mark star recently went on a bit of a rant during a recent episode of the famous talk show, advising younger female viewers not to get Botox injections. The message was quite surprising for longtime fans of hers, as in the past, she openly talked about getting Botox herself, but she mostly focused on disappointment in young women who were getting the treatment too early, subsequently making themselves look “older.” Read more about what she had to say and how the internet reacted below.

Kelly Ripa Rants About Botox On 'Live With Kelly and Mark'
One television personality who has received the nickname 'America's sweetheart' numerous times is daytime show host Kelly Ripa, who, at 55 years old, is still glowing.
Like many of today's celebrities, especially women in the entertainment industry, the former soap actress has dabbled in her fair share of beauty treatments and techniques to look fresh and stay healthy, from strict diets to facial treatments. She's even opened up about her experiences with Botox, more specifically, how she's used it in her jaw to stop grinding her teeth, in her armpits to stop sweating as much, and, now, to look younger.
However, now, the morning show host is advising women against Botox, in particular, younger women who haven't shown very visible signs of aging.
"[Women] are delving into Botox younger and younger," she said during a recent episode of Live With Kelly and Mark. "Which to me is wild. It's wild. It's like, you haven't even, like, life hasn't hit you yet. You are going to wind up making yourself look older. These are my opinions, again, I feel like Botox should be a thing, that when your, say, every one of your coworkers or all of your friend group is saying, 'You didn't sleep again last night, huh?' and you got a full night of sleep, then that's the time."

Fans React To Kelly's Botox Statements On Social Media
After the mom-of-three made her comments about Botox injections being given to younger women on the air, they quickly went viral on social media and received mixed reactions.
Some internet users thought it was great that she was swaying young women from getting treatments they don't need, while others felt her words were hypocritical, considering she's admitted to getting Botox herself.
On Instagram, numerous users left messages for and about Kelly's words.
"So true!" commented a user. "Botox does make you look older."
"She's right," wrote a user, as another added, "These young girls don't need anything. Enjoy the natural beauty and beautiful skin when you have it."
"So with her," added a user, as one opposer wrote to ask Kelly how old she was "when she started" getting the injections.
