The Kardashians are known for going all out for holidays—and this year was no exception.
In a family photo shared by Kim Kardashian on Instagram, fans quickly noticed that everyone seemed to be dressed for completely different occasions.
The Skims mogul wore a figure-hugging sequin gown paired with a pink fur shawl, which many felt was an unexpected choice for an at-home Easter celebration. Kris opted for a black top with a black-and-pink tulle skirt, while Khloé chose a playful polka-dot look featuring a plunging strappy top, capri pants, and perspex heels.

The Kardashians Show Off Their Easter Outfits
Kourtney, Kylie, and Kendall weren’t included in the main photo, but they shared their looks separately. Kylie wore a floral ruffled crop top with white jeans, Kourtney appeared alongside Travis Barker in a floral mesh orange top, and Kendall posted a close-up of her chic Chanel slingback pumps.
Fans online couldn’t help but point out the lack of a cohesive dress code. “Everybody on a different vibe,” one user wrote on Reddit. Another added,“Everyone is going to a different event.” A third commented, “It’s beyond ridiculous for a daytime Easter event with your kids.”
Others echoed the sentiment, with one saying, “None of these women are dressed like they are attending the same event,” while another noted, “Are we really surprised with Kim’s extra outfit tho. definitely all on different vibes but individually they look great!”
“Their different outfit vibes make the picture look a bit chaotic like I don’t know where to look first,” another fan shared.
Another reason the celebration drew mixed reactions was just how over-the-top it appeared.

Fans React To The Kardashians' Over-The-Top Easter Decor
The festivities kicked off on Saturday, with several family members sharing glimpses on social media. On Kris’ Instagram Stories, Khloé mentioned they were already getting into pre-Easter activities, including making slime with the kids.
Kris also gave followers a look at the lavish buffet, which featured everything from steak, fried rice, and noodles to a variety of salads, a bread-and-butter spread, fruit platters, and more.
There was even a dedicated kids’ station for Easter crafts, where they could make beaded jewelry and decorate ceramic eggs and heart-shaped boxes. Each child also received an oversized Easter basket filled with colorful goodies like plush toys, festive décor, and a massive 10-pound chocolate bunny.
“I’d be more worried about all the excess and gifts at every event and how that could make life feel less exciting in the long run,” one user wrote online.
Another commented, “pretty sure they don't even touch it and limit their kids eating junk that much.”
“This is just funny to me. A couple of posts down from an article claiming Kris is lecturing the family about spending too much,” another person noted.
Someone else added, “I wonder if the kids ever get over the same party favours and activities e.g. build a bear, customising backpacks, slime, painting ornaments.”
