She also reflected on her twins, who are preparing to leave for college. “I feel really good about it,” she said. “I can’t believe we’ve gotten here—just the three of us. It’s been a journey for all three of us through this life, because I was a single mom since they were three years old.”
The 56-year-old added, “People have come in and out of my life, but it really has just been the three of us. To see how they’re thriving now as young adults, so ready for their life, reminds me of what that felt like at 18.”
The proud mom expressed excitement about their next chapter. “I’m so excited for them to go out and see what life has in store. They know they have a home to come back to that is solid, that will always be there for them. They have that love, and they can go out and do whatever they want.”
