Jennifer Lopez recently told fans that she is living her best life right now – with some believing her, and others not so convinced. But either way, she appears to be thriving during her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, delivering crowd-pleasing performances night after night.

Most entertainers will tell you that no two nights of a concert are the same – and the “Jenny from the Block” singer experienced that firsthand when she was met with an unexpected surprise in the audience while performing a few nights ago…

Jennifer Lopez's Viral Reaction To A Fan Named Ben

In a video shared by DeuxMoi on March 23rd, the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer, 56, had an interaction with an audience member that quickly went viral!

After inviting a male fan on stage, she dutifully asked for his name. When he replied "Ben," the Kiss of the Spider Woman actress didn't miss a beat, reacting with, "Ben, ugh," in a clear reference to her ex-husband Ben Affleck, before laughing and carrying on with her performance. While some fans saw the moment as lighthearted and hilarious, others couldn't help but read into her response.

The mom-of-two has never shied away from making fun of herself, especially when it comes to her love life – or lack thereof – and this was yet another example that got people talking. We're still thinking about that time a fan proposed to her on stage, and she quipped that she wasn't very good at marriage. "I think I'm done with that. I've tried that a few times," she said back in July last year.

Internet Reactions

There were mixed reactions to the Hustlers star's interaction with her fan. Some thought she seemed slightly annoyed by it, while many others found it hilarious. And a few didn't think it was in good taste…

"She has PTSD," thought one fan. "There's nothing better than laughing at yourself and your misfortunes," praised a second, as many others found the interaction amusing, over anything else

"She's funny," echoed a third, while a fourth said she was "hilarious," followed by the crying laughing emoji. The same fan added: "Side note: she looks phenomenal." "She looks amazing, and her reaction is so cute," concurred a fifth.

"Well done girl," commented a sixth. A seventh said: "Love this for her." "Ben, ugh indeed," agreed an eighth, followed by the crying laughing emoji. "It was the ugh for me," noted a ninth, also adding a crying laughing emoji. "It's the cackle after for me," said a tenth.

"Idk I think it's pretty tacky that she does stuff like this, I guess it's part of her show. She wouldn't be laughing if the roles were reversed," slammed an eleventh, who went in a totally different direction. "She probably has to do that for a lot of names," quipped a twelfth, in reference to her dating history.

"J-Lo needs to stop playing the victim," demanded a thirteenth. A fourteenth added: "I'm a fan of J-Lo, but she needs to stop giving these interviews about being a suffering and abandoned woman."

The same fan went on: "She's inciting hatred from her fans towards Ben Affleck. That's not cool. She knew who he was when she married him. And besides, the guy has children, and that's not good for him or for her."
