Jennifer Lopez may exude luxury with her style and accessories on any given day, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t generous! The 56-year-old dancer was spotted in Los Angeles handing cash to an unnamed bystander, all while turning heads in a stunning, high-end ensemble.

The singer stepped out in a gray textured tailored blazer with flap pockets layered over a skintight white shirt. She paired the business-casual ensemble with flared jeans, pointed-toe heels, and sunglasses. Her hair was worn down in a center part, and she carried an ultra-rare Hermès Kelly Sellier handbag—worth upwards of $80K—along with a coffee cup in hand. See the outfit here!

The Selena icon showed her generous side when a homeless man approached her asking for some change, and she reached into her bag to give him some.

The unnamed man appeared thrilled by her kindness, exclaiming, "I don't care, I love you. Thank you, Jennifer. Oh, yes baby." The kind gesture came shortly after the mother of two went viral at the Golden Globes for her reportedly rude behavior toward glambot cameraman Cole Walliser on the red carpet. Walliser, who asks celebrities to strike their best poses for a slow-motion camera before they enter the main event, appeared to be ignored by JLo.

As she stepped onto the glambot setup, she seemingly didn’t speak or even make eye contact while Cole explained the directions. Despite his patient and communicative approach, the clip sparked a frenzy online, with many calling her out for what they saw as a pattern of rudeness at various events.

Fans React To 'Rude' Jennifer Lopez On The Red Carpet

On instagram, one fan said, "Glad I’m not the only one that didn’t like this attitude. Just skip her next time.”

A second wrote, “I know it's part of being human, but a greeting with kind intentions doesn't hurt anyone. Awful.”

A third noted, “I bet she did this because she didn’t think you had a big following or well known. She seems the type to only smile and be nice if you’re somehow important in the industry. Little did she know, Cole is the king of the awards shows and 10 million plus people just saw how she really is behind the scenes.”

A fourth quipped, “Love her but it's getting harder and harder to defend her.” Someone else wrote, “Imagine thinking you’re too good or too big to speak and acknowledge the person who has the platform you voluntarily wanna be apart of! Like girl get some class!”

Another added, “Jeeez what an attitude. She even didn’t bother to be polite just a little. Well… that says a lot about her.”

However, Walliser took to Instagram to set the record straight and ease everyone’s concerns. “I didn’t take it personally. It didn’t feel rude in that moment,” he said in an Instagram video on Sunday, though he acknowledged that “a couple things added to the fuel of this idea.”

“One, she’s just down to business. The carpet was closed,” Walliser explained. “She’s ready to go inside. She knew what she was gonna do. She got into the position.”

“So I am talking to her, she is looking away, but she’s getting ready for the move,” he continued. “In the moment, I’m not like, ‘Hey, turn around and look,’” the filmmaker clarified.

“I knew what she was doing. I knew she was getting ready. I knew it was late. We were just getting through it. That moment didn’t feel rude,” he added.
