Jennifer Lopez is seemingly happier than ever with one of her latest co-stars, even if there’s no longer a chance they could be finding love off-screen.
The actress recently boasted and gushed about her Office Romance co-star, English actor Brett Goldstein. The duo has been all smiles as they attend promotional events, and though Jennifer has brought up their “great chemistry,” behind-the-scenes reports have indicated that their affection for each other is strictly for the cameras. Despite it all, the singer is not exploring a romantic life with him due to it not meeting her long-term needs. Read more about her latest comments on Brett below.

Jennifer Lopez Gushes About Her & Brett Goldstein's 'Great Chemistry'
Though there are still a lot of people talking about her latest split from on-and-off again partner Ben Affleck, people cannot get over the romantic tension between the "Jenny From The Block" singer and the Ted Lasso star, Brett Goldstein.
The pair are the new stars of Office Romance, an upcoming Netflix romantic comedy film that he co-wrote and helped with the casting process, notably wanting Jennifer to star in it because she had been a longtime celebrity crush of his. Recently, they arrived at the 2026 Netflix Upfront event in New York City and were seemingly very happy together on the red carpet, which makes sense, as later that night, she bragged about their off-the-charts chemistry.

Jennifer & Brett Are Allegedly Not Dating Due To Her Not Seeing Them As 'Long-Term'
Interestingly, the Kiss of the Spiderwoman's comments about her and the podcast host having such "great" chemistry and hitting it off really well didn't come long after insider sources claimed that, though they tried dating for a brief period, things were over behind the scenes.
Though sources claimed they decided to explore their romantic connection, which formed after her split from the Batman actor and grew while they filmed the upcoming Netflix production, it looks like there's no future for them as a serious couple, telling OK! that she didn't see him as part of the "long-term vision she has for herself." Still, for a moment, Brett allegedly provided Jennifer with "lightness and escape" as she dealt with the fallout from her messy divorce.
Whether or not they'll pursue things romantically in the future, the two performers still seem to be in a good place, with Jennifer adding that she's been a "huge fan" of his before filming, and their fondness continues to grow. We'll be curious to see that on-screen chemistry when Office Romance is released on Netflix on June 5th.
