There still seems to be a huge question mark hanging over the fate of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s lavish Beverly Hills mansion, which they have been trying to offload since their split.
The pair reportedly purchased the sprawling property for $60,850,000 in cash back in May 2023, with real estate professionals later claiming they seriously overpaid for it.
They optimistically initially listed it for $68M, but after slashing the asking price by $8M last year, the mansion reportedly still hasn’t shifted. Now, reports are claiming the property has been taken off the market altogether, leaving everyone confused about its fate, So, what’s going on?

What Is Going On With Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck's Beverly Hills Mansion?
The former couple seemed willing to take a loss on their 38,000-square-foot home, complete with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, towards the end of the year, and re-listed it for a significantly reduced $52M back in September.
After failing to sell it or even get enough interest, it seems like they are giving up for the time being, as new reports are claiming that the listing was officially removed on Monday, January 26th.

Not The First Time The Listing Has Been Taken Down
This isn't the first time the mansion has been quietly removed from listings. The former married couple previously took it off the market in July 2025, which industry experts said at the time was a smart decision...
"While they've been hoping to sell the property, they've also been hesitant to take a big loss," an insider reportedly told People at the time, adding: "They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn't happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together."
Another source, said to be a real estate expert, echoed this, adding: "It's a rough sellers' market and especially for that price point. Taking it off the market until it's more of a seller-friendly climate, seems like the smartest decision."

Ben Affleck Is Desperate To Sell The Mansion So He Can 'Cut The Final Cord' That Keeps Him And J-Lo 'Intertwined'
It seems like the "On the Floor" singer star hasn't been in a huge rush to sell, and has been more willing to wait for the right buyer to meet the asking price. The same can't be said for the Argo actor though…
The Batman v Superman actor has reportedly made it clear that he doesn't want anything to do with the house and is keen to get the sale wrapped up as quickly as possible – even if it means taking a huge loss – so there's nothing left tying him to his ex-wife!
"Ben and J-Lo slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion for $8M less than they paid for it, but this is nothing to Ben," an insider previously spilled to the Daily Mail. "He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined."
"This house is the one last thing that is a symbol of their marriage," the insider said at the time, adding: "Ultimately, he just hopes that they find a buyer soon and does not care that he takes a multi-million cut. His marriage and divorce cost him millions, and what is another couple million? It is a small price to pay for Ben."
