Ahead of the Fourth of July, the first daughter attended Michael Rubin’s annual all-white party in the Hamptons, where she shared photos of her elegant look on Instagram. She wore a figure-hugging white dress featuring lattice-inspired detailing, fringe accents across the shoulders and down the skirt, and a plunging V-neckline.

The appearance came just days before the mom of three and husband Jared Kushner arrived at the annual Allen & Co. conference in Sun Valley, Idaho—often nicknamed “billionaire summer camp.”
The invitation-only retreat, which is closed to the press, brings together some of the world’s most influential figures in technology, media, finance, and business for a week of private meetings, networking, and dealmaking.
Among this year’s attendees were Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, OpenAI President Greg Brockman, and Snap CEO Evan Spiegel alongside his wife, Miranda Kerr.

For the conference, Ivanka opted for a more understated look, wearing a light pistachio-colored ensemble that included a collared button-down shirt and flowing wide-leg trousers with a matching belt. She was photographed walking hand-in-hand with her husband as the pair arrived at the event.
Their latest public appearances come as Kushner’s investment firm continues to face scrutiny over a proposed luxury resort development in Albania. The multi-billion-dollar project, planned for Sazan Island and the Vjosa-Narta Lagoon—an environmentally protected area—has sparked protests and drawn attention over environmental concerns, land ownership disputes, and allegations of government corruption.
The 44-year-old has said she first discovered Albania’s Sazan Island while sailing through the Mediterranean on a friend’s yacht. Curious about the secluded island, she and her family swam ashore and, according to her account, hiked barefoot to the top, where she was struck by its natural beauty.
That unexpected visit ultimately inspired Ivanka and Jared to pursue plans to transform the area into a luxury resort.
Representatives for Jared’s investment group and Sazan Real Estate Development LLC have denied any wrongdoing, maintaining that they were not part of any anti-corruption investigations and that the land acquisition was conducted legally.
