Easily one of the most viral internet moments of 2025 was when a CEO was caught cheating on his wife with a female coworker on the big screen at a Coldplay concert. Now, that coworker is speaking out, and she’s slamming Gwyneth Paltrow in the process.
Kristin Cabot, the former Chief People Officer of the company Astronomer, is finally opening up and speaking out after she was caught snuggling her married coworker and the CEO of the same company on the big screen at a Coldplay concert over the summer. Since then, she’s become part of one of the most viral memes of the year and is now slamming Coldplay frontman Chris Martin’s ex, Gwyneth Paltrow, for weighing in on the scandal. Read more about what she had to say below.

Kristin Cabot Calls Gwyneth Paltrow A 'Hypocrite' In A New Interview
In July, Kristin Cabot, who formerly worked as Chief People Officer of Astronomer, a software company focused on data, was seen embracing the company's CEO, Andy Byron, on the big screen at a Coldplay concert during a "kiss cam" segment. As soon as they realized they were being filmed, they quickly separated and hid their faces, with Chris Martin, the lead singer, telling the audience he thought they were having "an affair."
As it turns out, both executives were married to other people at the time, and the viral footage of them on screen led to their resignations from the company, as well as Kristin filing for divorce from her husband. This week, she finally spoke out for the first time in a formal interview with The Times, and she opened up about how the situation changed her life. Additionally, she also slammed Chris Martin's ex, actress and lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow, who starred in a viral advertisement for Astronomer after Kristin had resigned.
"I was such a fan of her company [Goop], which seemed to be about uplifting women," she said. "And then she did this. I thought, 'How dare she, after the beating she got for all the conscious uncoupling stuff?' What a hypocrite."
Kristin Reveals She's Been 'Unemployable' Since Her Viral Moment
The former executive seems to really be going through it, as she's been facing scrutiny both in public and in her daily life. She admitted that, despite her accomplishments, since the video of her and Andy went super viral, she's been struggling to find a new job.
"It has been like a scarlet letter; people erased everything I'd accomplished in my life and achieved in my career," she admitted. "This can't be the final word."
Kristin revealed that she's been frantically job hunting, but that the situation has subsequently made her "unemployable." However, she believes that if the Coldplay concert video hadn't taken off online the way it did, everything might've gone down differently, and she might've been able to keep her job.
"If it hadn't turned into what it did online, I could have stood up and said, 'It was a really bad decision, and I regret it. I'm so sorry for the position I put you all in, but I'm committed to this place,' and stayed in my job," she added.
