The former Victoria's Secret Angel captioned her post: "Nothing in this world fills my life with more meaning and joy than being a mom. I'm so grateful to experience life with them, learning and growing together every day."
She added: "Happy Mother's Day to all moms, especially to my mama, who is always by my side in spirit and inspires me to be the best mom that I can be." The Brazilian beauty finished off with three red heart emojis.
The first picture in the Nourish cookbook author's carousel showed her in a white mini skirt, top, and sneakers while holding her adorable son in the air during a scenic mountain hike, with a breathtaking backdrop stretching out behind them.
The second showed Gisele and son Benjamin, who she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady, cuddling the baby during the family's outdoor adventure, while the third showed Gisele and daughter Vivian, who she also shares with the seven-time Super Bowl champ, posing with the little one overlooking a gorgeous beach.
