Ex-Prince Andrew dominated the headlines on his 66th birthday on February 19th, after he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office and sharing confidential information with convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, during his time as a trade envoy. He was later released the same day and remains under investigation.
When he returned to his home on Wood Farm on King Charles‘ Sandringham Estate, after being evicted from Royal Lodge last year, a pap picture of him in the back seat of a car looking like a deer in headlights quickly went viral. And Andrew reportedly thinks the unflattering picture, which was taken by photographer Paul Noble, was no coincidence, and that another royal may have been behind it…

Ex-Prince Andrew Blames King Charles For Tipping Off The Paparazzi
According to reports, the former Duke of York believes the photographer was tipped off by another royal. And not just any royal – Andrew's older brother and reigning monarch, King Charles!
"He thinks this was no accident. Andrew believes the King understands exactly how the press game works – and how powerful one image can be," an insider reportedly told royal commentator, Rob Shuter.
They went on: "He thinks Charles sacrificed him to protect the institution. In Andrew's view, the monarchy needed a reckoning moment – and he was it."

Andrew Requires Permission To Leave His Sandringham Home And Is Also Banned From Riding His Horse
The paps could potentially get more photos of the disgraced royal in the coming days and weeks, as he reportedly needs to be granted permission to leave his home. And he reportedly has to have a chaperone whenever he does so!
According to GB News, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor "has been placed under stringent restrictions at Wood Farm" following his arrest. An anonymous source reportedly claimed Andrew is "facing tight controls on his daily actions, with claims emerging that he requires both permission and an accompanying chaperone before leaving the estate grounds."
Another source reportedly told the Sun that he is now also banned from horseback riding, due to the optics. "Since his arrest last week he has been ordered not to go horse riding. It's considered a bad look," the source said.
"They don't think he should be seen grinning and smiling on his horse like he was in Windsor," they went on, adding: "But it was one of the few things he actually enjoyed doing so what on earth is he going to do with his time?"
