Eva and Ryan share two daughters, Esmeralda, 11, and Amada, 9. During a March 18 appearance on the New Heights podcast with Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, Gosling opened up about how the film serves as a hopeful message for his children.
“Being a dad, having two young kids, I feel like everything is designed to scare them,” he shared. “I was so grateful, just as a father, to get to make a story for my kids—maybe, not to be too lofty—for their generation, that reminds you of what we’re capable of as human beings.”
