King Charles and Queen Camilla‘s high-profile trip to the United States – which they embarked on to mark the 250th anniversary of American Independence and reinforce diplomatic ties – is continuing to get a lot of attention. And a lot of it is centered on President Donald Trump!

Donald Trump Cutting In Front Of Queen Camilla Sparks Outrage
The incident unfolded on the South Lawn of the White House earlier in the week, where King Charles and Queen Camilla were greeting a line of officials and dignitaries.
Per a viral video that is doing the rounds online (check it out here) in keeping with royal protocol, the King appeared to lead the line, followed closely by the Queen Consort. Half way through the greeting, Trump can be seen abruptly stepping forward – cutting directly in front of Queen Camilla – and shaking hands with members of his own administration.
Footage shows the King still extending his hand to those waiting, while Trump rapidly moves down the line, effectively taking over the interaction. Moments later, he ushers the royal couple away before they've even reached the end of the line.
This isn't the first time Trump has been accused of breaching royal etiquette. Back in 2018 during a meeting with the late Queen Elizabeth II, he faced backlash after he walked ahead of her while inspecting the Guard of Honor at Windsor Castle. (Pictured above.)
This moment was seen as a major break from protocol, and one which royal fans didn't hesitate to slam at the time, and also recall on social media once again!

"He shows how stupid he is. His cabinet is lined up to shake hands with the King and Queen, not with him. They see him constantly. Why is he even shaking hands with them at this time?" asked one X user.
"How incredibly rude. Just like that time he walked ahead of Queen Elizabeth when the two of them were inspecting the Guard of Honor. He's such a tacky man. He has no couth, especially when he breaks Royal protocol," wrote a second, as a third declared: "Never learned from Queen visit did he? Such a dolt and embarrassing president!"
"This man is insufferable – thin-skinned, obsessed with attention, and completely consumed by his own ego. The level of narcissism is staggering. I can't stomach anymore of him," claimed a fourth, as a fifth added: "What an uncouth oaf, he has no self-awareness whatsoever. Camilla and Charles are trying not to look appalled."
"Trump is an American embarrassment," added a sixth, as a seventh concurred: "How embarrassing." "Absolutely disrespectful and a disgrace," commented an eighth, while a ninth echoed: "Lack of respect." "Pure narcissistic behavior. He feels he is the king," said a tenth, as an eleventh concluded: "And Camilla did the right thing. Let him in, and hold back just long enough for everyone to see the clownish behavior."

The criticism didn't stop there, with Instagram users also weighing on the incident. "I just love that the King and Queen stopped and stared, was very telling what they were thinking," mocked one user, followed by three crying laughing emojis.
"I wish I could hear the King and Queen on the flight back home!" exclaimed a second, as a third deemed Trump's behavior "so rude." "It's like a child cutting in line to get a participation award," quipped a fourth.
"Did you see Camilla shrug?!" a fifth asked, as a sixth claimed: "There is definitely something wrong with him." "Embarrassing to say he is our president," a seventh said, as an eighth agreed: "The embarrassment of a whole nation is palpable. Imagine being so uncouth, so lacking in etiquette and official protocols that the world laughs at the country that elected this demented buffoon!"
