Donald Trump Says He Could've Done 'Very Bad Things' To Political Opponents
The president made the controversial remarks on an October 7 event at the White House. While announcing his Trump Accounts program, which is designed to help families save money for their children's futures, Trump was asked about his claims that Democrats would try to impeach him if they regained control of Congress in the November midterm elections.
Rather than answering the question, Trump brought up Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama, saying he could've taken action against them, but chose not to. "I could've done very bad things to Hillary Clinton," he said. "I could've done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could've done very bad things to Barack Hussein Obama."
"I thought it was inappropriate to do so because you have to treat the office of the presidency with respect," he continued. "Then I found out that they impeached me twice. And I certainly, even to this moment, I can do whatever I want, if I want."

Social Media Reactions
Across social media platforms, users reacted in disbelief over the president's words. "We are literally living in the end of times because wtf is this," one user wrote on Instagram.
"I have no words for what we're witnessing right now!" another user said. "None!"
"These sound like threats," pointed out one person. "If anything happens to them in the next few years, you heard it here first."
"It’s 2026 and it feels like I am in the twilight zone!" agreed another. "I don't even think the Simpsons could have made this up!"
"I think we all died in 2020 and now we just sitting in hell," reads one comment. "There's no way this is real life."
"Can nobody stop him??" asked another user.
"This is so embarrassing—no wonder the rest of the world doesn’t take us seriously," added the next.
"This man is wild, this dude just be saying whatever…" a final user wrote.
