Supermodel morning routines have always sparked curiosity—and who better to offer a glimpse into hers than Cindy Crawford? But when the iconic model shared her daily wellness ritual, it didn’t exactly win over everyone on TikTok.

Last week, the 60-year-old surprised followers by revealing her extensive 2.5-hour morning routine, which felt straight out of a wellness influencer’s playbook. She begins her day at 6 a.m., playing a Bible app while dry brushing and doing gua sha. From there, she uses red light therapy devices on both her hair and face.

Cindy Crawford Ridiculed Over Her Morning Routine

About an hour later, the legendary supermodel takes a shot of fire cider before heading outside to her luxurious backyard for grounding and a dip in her jacuzzi. By 7:30 a.m., she’s dressed in navy workout leggings and a tank top, making coffee with collagen and checking emails from her cozy home office.

At 8 a.m., she heads to her at-home gym—set inside her ocean-view California residence—for stretching and warm-ups. She wraps up the video around 8:30 a.m., doing trampoline jumps while waiting for her Pilates instructor.

While the routine might sound like a dream for wellness lovers, the internet had mixed reactions.

“Hello from District 12,” one user joked on TikTok, while another wrote, “I’ll never understand waking up at 6 a.m. when you don’t have to.” Others added, “Cindy, I’m too poor for this,” and “Feet in the grass for grounding? You’ve got to be kidding me.”

Still, plenty of fans came to her defense. “This is exactly what I would do if I were rich,” one person commented. Another added, “A 7 a.m. jacuzzi is low-key iconic,” while a supporter wrote, “It’s not about being rich—she worked for this. It’s about consistency and discipline.”

Others praised the balance of her routine, with one fan noting, “Time with God, connecting with nature, and working out? Perfect.”

Instagram Reacts

Users on Instagram were a bit more harsh, with one writing, "Wow. So out of touch. Some things really dont need to be shared online."

"I’m sorry I like Cindy Crawford, but this real seems a little insensitive with everything else happening in California and the world right now," another added, while one person noted, "This is economically and logistically unattainable for most people."

Another quipped, "I think you’re awesome but this was tone deaf to post when people are struggling in this economy."

A defining supermodel of the 1980s and 1990s, Crawford was best known as the face of Revlon and Pepsi, and modeled for major fashion houses including Chanel, Versace, and Maybelline. Beyond modeling, she has also worked as an actress.

Cindy shares two children with her husband, Rande Gerber: Presley Walker Gerber, born in 1999, and Kaia Gerber, born in 2001. Both have pursued careers in modeling, following in their mother’s footsteps in the fashion industry.
