Bluemercury is launching a program to help it’s customers choose more conscious beauty products–just in time for Earth Day!

The cosmetics retailer will roll out the Conscious Beauty Program in stores on April 22nd, which aims to highlight their vegan, organic and botanically-based product selections for shoppers.

Their proprietary M-61 PowerGlow Peels, and brands such as African Botanics, The Beauty Chef, Odacite, RMS and Virtue fall into the store’s three Conscious Beauty categories: Vegan (formulated without animal products or byproducts, free from animal testing), Naturally Derived (using plant-based or naturally derived ingredients), and Mindful (free of ingredients that have been identified as potentially harmful such as sulfates, phthalates and parabens).

Additionally, the store’s employees or “Beauty Experts,” will be prepared to answer customer questions surrounding the most effective natural, chemical free brands and products, a rep tells us.

Clients who spend more than $125 will receive a limited-edition Wellness Bag, including deluxe sample sized products from HUM Nutrition, Indie Lee, Ellis Brooklyn and more.
