Bianca Censori has reportedly been called to testify in a lawsuit involving her husband, Kanye West (Ye), over the chaotic and unfinished renovation of his $57M Malibu mansion—and she’s already receiving warnings about what she can wear to court.

Contractor Tony Saxon, who is suing the rapper over alleged unsafe working conditions and unpaid wages, has requested Censori’s testimony because she reportedly served as an intermediary during the renovation project.

Bianca Censori Ordered To Dress Appropriately For Court

Ahead of the Los Angeles trial, Judge Brock T. Hammond made it clear that strict courtroom dress standards will be enforced. He stated that everyone involved “must comply with the basic dress code” or risk being denied entry.

He added, “No hats, sunglasses, or revealing clothing. No drama.”

The father of four, who is frequently seen wearing hats and sunglasses in public, would also be subject to the same rules.

The judge further emphasized, “And if someone doesn’t comply, they will not be allowed in the courtroom. If a witness is not dressed appropriately, they will be turned around at the door.”

Both Censori and West are expected to testify during the 12-day trial. According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court and reviewed by Sky News, the Yeezy mogul allegedly fired contractor Tony Saxon after he refused to remove all the windows and electricity from the Malibu property to turn it into what was described as a “bomb shelter.”

The suit states that on Oct. 22, 2021, Saxon told Ye he was “exhausted” from working long hours and needed time to rest but says his concerns were ignored. Soon after, he claims he suffered a serious back injury on the job and that his additional requests for time off were also disregarded.

The complaint further alleges that in November 2021, the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian terminated him after he declined to bring large power generators into the home, citing safety concerns.

“I said, ‘Are you trying to kill me? Are you trying to kill everyone that works here?’” Saxon told Sky News. “He told me, ‘If you don’t listen to me, then you’re an enemy, you’re a Clinton, you’re a Kardashian, and I’m not going to be your friend anymore. I’m not going to give you an opportunity anymore’.”

Bianca Censori Alternates Between Normal Outfits and Barely-There Ensembles

Fans are curious as to how Bianca will style herself for the court case. She has recently been alternating between her signature revealing ensembles and more covered-up looks.

Most notably, she surprised fans at Kanye’s Mexico City concert when she posed alongside him wearing a pink long-sleeve top and capri pants—a noticeably more understated choice than usual. During the same trip, she was also spotted in jeans and a simple white T-shirt, further catching attention for embracing a more casual, everyday style.

Although the model is often photographed in bold, skin-baring outfits in her day-to-day life, she may be exercising more caution following the reaction to her appearance at the 2025 Grammys. At the event, she made headlines for wearing a controversial, fully sheer, skin-tight mesh minidress designed by Yeezy. She initially arrived on the red carpet in a long black fur coat before removing it to reveal the “invisible” dress, styled with clear heels and no undergarments—a look that left many Grammy viewers stunned.
