Last week, stars of all different callibers stepped out in California for this year's NBA All-Star competition, a time when some of the association's best players get together for an iconic series of games. The famous game tends to have iconic celebrities in attendance every year, but this one was extra notable, as folks like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, as well as former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, were there.
The former working politicians were not only there, but they were sitting courtside, for the entire venue and people from the media to see. The couple watched intently as the basketball game took place, and they wore some stylish outfits that subtly coordinated with each other, flaunting their style as a duo.
The Becoming author had on a chic, black zip-up jacket and some dark navy blue pants. She had her long, black hair worn in braids and had it in a half-up-half-down style. She coordinated with Barack, who had on a royal blue jacket, which he wore over a simple black shirt. He also had on some dark blue pants and brown leather shoes.
Fans React To The Obamas' NBA Game Appearance
This is not the first time fans have seen the Obamas in a while, as they've both been out and about, attending public speaking events, and Michelle, specifically, has been promoting her latest style-related book, The Look.
After seeing them at the game, some of their loyal fans wrote about how great they thought they looked and how much they loved seeing them together. However, there were also some users who felt like they looked different than they usually did, and also accused them of "trying too hard" to look hip and young.
