Apple Martin is getting a head start on summer.
She shared a photo to her Instagram Story on Monday evening, posing in a laid-back bikini. She showed off her toned figure in a light taupe two-piece featuring subtle patterns and brown-and-white straps.
The 21-year-old styled her hair in a messy updo and wore slim eyeglasses, opting for a fresh, makeup-free look that highlighted her sun-kissed glow. In the shot, she relaxed poolside, with the space decorated by potted plants and seashell accents. Notably, a red bikini set could be seen floating in the pool water nearby, adding an unexpected detail to the serene scene.

Apple Martin Addresses Bullying Accusations
Apple is quickly becoming one of Hollywood’s rising nepo babies. The daughter of Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow has explored several creative lanes—from modeling and singing to attending major beauty events—and has recently expressed interest in pursuing acting, calling it her true passion after previously admitting that singing live on stage was terrifying.
However, she’s also faced significant online criticism. Much of the backlash has been tied to past bullying allegations.
In particular, she drew heat after appearing in a viral clip from Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris alongside fellow debutante Aliénor Loppin de Montmort. In the video, Apple jumps into frame and poses confidently in front of Aliénor mid-pose, which some viewers felt gave off “mean girl” energy, and they accused her of stealing the spotlight.
The controversy later expanded into school bullying accusations—claims Apple recently addressed directly.
In February 2026, she took to Instagram to shut down the rumors.

Appel Martin Says Bullying Accusations Are 'False'
"Hi! I didn't wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand," Apple wrote. "I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone."
"I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl can share their opinions," she continued. "But this rumor is completely untrue, I am not that type of person and anyone who is close to me knows that."
The post comes amid Apple’s entrance into the spotlight. She is set to graduate from Vanderbilt University in May with a degree in law, history, and society—but when it comes to her future, she’s still figuring things out.
Last October, she dipped her toe into music and released a music video, though she now seems to be moving in a different direction. “I don’t want to be a singer. I like musical theater, but getting onstage by yourself to sing is so terrifying. I love dancing, and I love acting. My dream is to act,” she shared.
Although she once seriously considered becoming a lawyer, she admits that ambition may have stemmed from wanting to carve out a path separate from her famous parents. “I was in that rebellious, ‘I don’t want to be like my parents’ phase,” she told Vogue.
