The customer, who said the sandwich came from a McDonald’s location in Westerly, Rhode Island, captioned the post, “Nice surprise on my McDonald’s chicken sandwich! Never going to the Westerly RI mcdonalds again. How they let this out the door is beyond me. If this is what they are serving, i’d hate to see what’s back in the kitchen.”
