Kylie Jenner is back with another magazine cover and fashion shoot, and this time, she’s also getting candid about her billionaire status, motherhood and growing up in the public eye.
For the photoshoot with WhoWhatWear!, the makeup mogul experimented with bold colors, textures and unexpected styling choices. On the cover, she sported a blue bob wig with bangs paired with a black sequin turtleneck top. She also donned brown fur jackets for the upcoming fall season.
In one standout look, the 29-year-old wore a fuzzy brown maxi skirt with a satin bra top.
In another, she paired a transparent plastic skirt with an open blue-and-white striped button-down shirt. The same skirt was previously worn by Charlize Theron on the red carpet for The Odyssey, making it a popular choice among celebrities.

Beyond the fashion, the mom of two opened up about how her relationship with fame and the public has evolved over the years. She discussed what she chooses to share online, what she keeps private and her efforts to maintain some sense of normalcy despite growing up in one of the world's most famous families.
The reality star also opened up about motherhood and a promise she made to herself at 25 to hold off on having more children so she could enjoy the second half of her 20s.
“I made a promise to myself at 25,” she said. “That I was not going to have any more children—right now—and really just enjoy the last half of my 20s because the first half was like, ‘You’re pregnant,’ and then it’s the year of recovery, and, you know, my mental state, my postpartum depression, and all those things. It felt like I lost some of those young years of my life.”
Kylie shares two children with her ex-partner, rapper Travis Scott: 8-year-old daughter Stormi and 4-year-old son Aire.

Another part of the interview that is likely to spark conversation is Kylie’s response to Forbes previously naming her the “youngest-ever self-made billionaire” and putting her on the magazine’s cover in 2018.
The title came under scrutiny at the time, with critics questioning both the “billionaire” label and whether Kylie could truly be considered self-made given the enormous financial and social advantages she had growing up.
Speaking to Who What Wear, Kylie acknowledged the role her privilege played in her success while defending the technical accuracy of the claim.
“None of the money I’ve ever made is inherited, so it’s technically true,” she said, adding that “people just feel like the privilege I’ve had was a major stepping stone.”
